Each 2-hour session begins with a grounding check-in and light refreshments, followed by an hour of expressive dance and a reflective discussion over tea. A quiet reflection room will also be available for any participants throughout the workshops.

Open to the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Colour) Community with priority for LGBTIQAP+ forcibly displaced people such as refugees and asylum seekers.

These workshops will slowly build on the skills shared in the previous workshop and we encourage you to register for the series of three. If you can only make one or two however, you are still very welcome to join these inclusive sessions.
